Avoiding the Cold

The state police did a sweep of a public building. Resulting in asking the homeless people to move to another location. A woman paced the sidewalk, she shouted " It is legal for me to loose everything because of medical bills..yet it is not legal for me to spend the night in a building to avoid the cold..."
