Seeking a new eating life, I attended Over-Eaters Anonymous
meetings. Whenever it was my time to share, I would cry so hard .... the meetings
would come to a complete stop....,
It reinforced my feeling of being hopelessly trapped... Looking back
maybe it was a ripple of change
