personal touch
A friend describes getting my notes as getting a touch of Rebecca via the US mail. I reunited with note-writing to lend support in a gentle way during friend's difficult periods. Beck, I am totally w/u on this.. Your thoughtful messages in the cards you've sent have always mysteriously come at the exact moment I needed them! Upon hearing an old friend's only son had recently died, I at once sent a card & note; yesterday I rec'd a grand thank you & an expression of such deep appreciation it made my heart sing. My unexpected missive had brought a breath of solace to her......Yes, I love email, it really works for me, but there is NOTHING like receiving a hand-written note in the mailbox. xoxo
